Hi!

My name is Gretchen and I am the Body Freedom Coach. 

This program is dedicated to all the people who have been shamed out of a group exercise class at the gym, scoffed at for putting pizza on their plate or made to feel less than because of the body they are in!

I am so happy that you are here EXACTLY as you are!!

Together we will learn to love fitness again. 

Fitness for moving as you want to move, enjoying the feeling of growing stronger, becoming flexible and being happy in your skin!  Let's go!
